How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What are the payment options?

What is your processing time?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping usually takes up to 5 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

You can upgrade standard shipping to express at checkout.

We do not provide assurances for carrier services. The transit times mentioned are estimates provided by the carrier. Unforeseen events can lead to shipping delays. Please note that shipping upgrades are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If you experience any transit delays, you should contact the shipping carrier directly to make a claim.

Can processing time be expedited?

Processing time can't be expedited as manufacturing requires the essential time for production to guarantee quality.

We accept cancellations for the next 24 hours after the order is placed.

International Shipping

We ship within the US only. We don't ship worldwide.

Do you provide installation instructions for wallpaper?

Yes, we do. Installation instructions come in each package.

Will peel-and-stick wallpaper work on textured walls?

No, peel-and-stick wallpaper won't work on textured walls. It is suitable for smooth, flat surface.

What is the pattern repeat?

The pattern repeat is 23 inches.

I can't line the pattern up.

Our wallpaper has an overlap of about 1 inch (23" pattern repeat + 1" overlap, 24" wide total). Keep it in mind when applying.

Can I use peel-and-stick wallpaper in the bathroom?

We don't advise using peel-and-stick wallpaper in bathrooms. The panels can peel off because of high humidity level.

Will the wallpaper stick to the freshly painted wall?

Let your freshly painted walls dry for 3-4 weeks before applying.

Do you offer other type of wallpaper? I prefer paste type wallpaper.

We offer peel-and-stick wallpaper only.

Should I order a sample first?

We highly recommend ordering a sample first to make sure peel-and-stick wallpaper type, color, and pattern scale fit your walls and interior.

Are the window curtains blackout or sheer?

Our curtains are semi-transparent, allowing some light to filter through while still providing privacy.

What are your curtains made from?

Our curtains are made from 100% polyester.

Can I customize the design or size?

No, the design or size can't be customized.

Are your curtains ready to use?

Yes, our curtains are ready to use. They come with a 4-inch rod pocket for easy installation.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes, you can order a curtain sample to check the quality, transparency level, colors, etc.

How thick are your canvases?

Our canvases are 1.2" thick.

Can I order just 1 (2,3, etc.) canvas from the set?

No, canvases from a particular set can't be ordered separately. They come as a set only.

How can I care for the canvas?

Our canvases are easy to clean. In case of dust, wipe the canvas wall art off with a dry cloth or napkin.

What if my canvas will fade?

Our canvases are fade-resistant. Due to the special technologies used when producing our canvas prints, we can assure you that they will not fade in the sun.

Can you provide more details about the hanging system used for your canvases?

Our canvases have a pre-installed nail hole for easy hanging.
